“Colby Shooting Club offers programs for new shooters in both archery and firearm ”
Colby Shooting Club was created to give shooting enthusiasts of many firearms and archery disciplines a central indoor facility in the Waterloo Region. Our 24-hour 7 day a week, club allows for many opportunities and events to be held that allow shooters to stay out of the elements. Colby Shooting Club been located at 631 Colby drive in Waterloo since 1994.

Diverse Disciplines
Multiple shooting disciplines – Olympic, compound to crossbow, IDPA, IPSC Etc
The archery range is located on the second floor of the Shooter’s Choice building. We offer up to 30 yards of shooting distance. The range can accommodate up to eight shooters on the line at once.
The firearm range is located on the main floor of the Shooter’s Choice building. We offer eight shooting stalls with 25-yard distance. The range is state of the art in construction and air quality system and allows a wide range of calibers and speeds. A viewing area is also open for members and the public to view.
Colby Shooting Club offers programs for new shooters in both archery and firearm. The archery range does offer lessons booked through the Bow Shop. We offer private and group bookings. From September to June, Colby firearms range offers a Junior Rifle program which introduces young shooters from age 10 to 16 to safe shooting. Throughout the year you will find IPSC and ODPL style groups and events held on the firing range. On a regular basis there are multiple other shooting disciplines which book evening nights for both members and non-members to come
out and shoot.
